  I have nothing but good to say about reliance. They were quick at getting me a new hot water heater. Reid (#3480) the technician did a great job at explaining and changing out the water heater. He had to wait while I was coming home from work and when I arrived he was shoveling my driveway. Haha now that’s going above and beyond. Thank you for the excellent service.

  Lewis did a great job fixing our furnace, he was quick and efficient. Very friendly. I really appreciated him coming right away, and fixing the furnace promptly.
  I would definitely recommend his survives.

  Phoned in at 745 pm Friday night after noticing no hot water, in our condo that also means no heat!
  Steve arrived by 930 the next morning and had it up and running in no time. He also explained What to look out for while the tank gets back up to temperature. Polite and professional technician - great experience overall.

  Our experience was great. Jon Eagles (our local rep) came out to see us quickly. He was knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions, made sure we understood our options and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend speaking with Jon and Reliance if you’re looking for a home comfort solution.

  Very helpful, polite, tidied all the mess after work completed. Kudos Reliance in having informative pleasant employees. They even liked my coffee ! Certainly pays ended up with much more than just water softener. Next comes the R O. system etc etc. look forward to having that installed
