The adult ninja classes are a blast. You learn some great skills and get fit in a much more exciting environment than a typical gym. Would recommend to anyone. I've never taken gymnastics before but it's fun and challenging learning the ninja skills here.
Summer Camps are awesome!
I enjoyed the time with my children. I do wish the staff were a little more exisitant as I watch many children being trampled by impatient children.
