(March 19, 2019, 3:19 pm)Pearl and I attend the CrossFit light sessions Tuesday and Thursday mornings. These sessions are geared to seniors who want to maintain good posture, flexibility, strength and balance. All ages are welcome. The sessions are relaxed and friendly.

It has variety (workout preferences, times, memberships, and equipment), great coaches, and a community that will support you, no matter where you are in your own journey. You can see your new-found crew at the gym working out or socializing outside of class hours but it all starts at Royal City Crossfit!
