(July 26, 2018, 1:38 am)Received a fishing rod for my birthday. Didn't even get to use it before the handle on the reel came off and fell into the water. Took it in to see if they could replace the handle. They were able to fix it for a low price and very quickly! Was very pleased with the service and staff!
