My experience has been nothing but positive with this studio. there are two locations so it is very easy to find classes that fit ones schedule.
The classes are high quality and small, this allows for personal attention that I think is key in getting results.
I was noticing improvements in my yoga practice, having more space, being able to get into postures better, better balance as the instructors understand the body so well and they listened so well to the clients that they knew exactly what I needed to work on to improve my balance. I was going to the weight room being able to do the exercises with better understanding on how to properly move and align my body. I was so happy when I realized that I was actually doing proper sit ups.
There are online classes and they are really good quality classes. They are challenging me as I prefer the in class but this studio is doing a great job making them fun and informative.
I never thought I would enjoy on line virtual classes but I am use to them and have grown to enjoy them. Great job keeping classes going and the community together. -

(April 20, 2020, 8:22 pm)I've taken classes at Pilates in Guelph since 2008. I cannot say enough good things about Caitlin and the team. The classes are enjoyable and encouraging, and can be modified to allow for different capabilities. Caitlin is someone who is committed to practicing Pilates and continuing to grow and innovate. I've found the online classes a welcome addition, as it allows me to get some movement and exercise in while being safe in my own space.

(January 3, 2019, 3:50 pm)Pilates in Guelph has a high level of skill and a dedication to every day and every class instructing us so we can become and stay strong and healthy. I have come to meet alot of very friendly people and feel like I belong to a community. My body has transformed over the 2 years I have been coming 2 to 3x/week when I am in Guelph. I cant imagine being without the team and the weekly fun! What a loss it would be for me. I also can tell that the instructors are constantly working to improve themselves so that their classes assist each of us in our goals.I am 71 years old and the choices of classes fit my injuries, limitations and goals! Thats quite an achievement! The space itself is beautiful, clean and calm and everyone is so respectful. The equipment is fun and challenging and there is never a dull moment even as I come so regularly. Great place, great people...well done!

(May 31, 2017, 2:02 pm)Pilates In Guelph is an amazing studio! The instructors are very well trained and focus on teaching you proper technique. Both the mat and reformer classes have helped me strengthen and tone. I would highly recommend this studio.
