Punctual, efficient, professional, they handled every item with care, took things apart that I should have taken apart myself but didn't realize, and then helped me decide where to put stuff in my new place -- did such a good job that I kept all their suggestions. Definitely a personalized, intelligent service, they don't just dump your things and sayonara. The opposite - they make sure everything is where you want it. Price was reasonable for the level of service. Very highly recommended.

(September 6, 2018, 8:49 pm)I booked Super Movers for moving from Guelph to Toronto last week. They are really helpful and efficient. It literally took them only 20 minutes to load everything from my one-bedroom apartment into their truck. The move was smooth, nothing was damaged and they finished their return trip to Guelph, an hour and a half before the estimated time.
Few things to note:
They won't charge you for travel time from their office to your house if you are moving from Guelph.
When you pay them ask them to show you the receipt before finalizing it. They do it on a app in their phone and I was charged for the HST twice. Although when I checked my receipt and pointed it out to them, they reimbursed me for it. So customer service was actually good. If you are on a budget and looking for a reliable mover, I would recommend Super Movers.
