(March 1, 2020, 1:51 am)Placed a call for a winch out of a snowy side road but a passing pickup got to me first. Bill's truck arrived well within the estimated time and driver was empathetic, ultimately I wasn't charged. Just wish I had been able to call earlier to cancel!
