My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Danielle Gray since she graduated from medical school. In that time, she has been nothing short of amazing! She is a very caring and compassionate doctor that has a true vested interest in the health and well-being of her patients. She has a way of connecting with children, so much so that our own children like to play "Dr. Gray" at home. The wonderful secretaries and nurses at D.F.M. equally demonstrate that commitment to the patients. Our family is so fortunate to be patients of the Downey Family Medical team.
Dr Lightle is a great doctor. Always seems to find a way to get me in to see her on short notice, and never in a hurry to get me out the door. I appreciate the personal touch!
The staff from the front desk through to the nurses and doctors (especially Dr Gray) are excellent! Knowledgable, progressive and compassionate. Not a better physicians office or Doctor (Gray) in Guelph. A real service to our community.

I feel so lucky to be a patient at Downey Medical! Not only is Dr. Lightle warm, caring, supportive, intelligent and highly competent, but she is also available when my family needs to see her. And if she is not working on a particular day when something urgent comes up, another doctor will fill in. All of the staff including the doctors, nurses, and receptionists are warm, caring, conscientious and competent. It is an exceptional clinic!
