Even better, they know everyone that goes there and it really is very friendly and inviting place to be... Anyone and everyone will feel comfortable there and get big results.

(April 15, 2019, 5:50 pm)A great place to train for people with all levels of experience. Small class sizes where the focus is on form makes it easy to learn and be successful in your fitness goals. I've tried few different classes there including Body Blast and Kettle bell and recommend you give it a try. Would also recommend the New Year, New You challenge in January.

(October 8, 2018, 1:33 am)I bought 24 sessions for 1:1 training and was paired up with Greg at Fitness Junction. The training was exactly what I was after and the program was tailored to my goals, schedule, and desired diet limitations. It was really important to me to learn how to train properly and that's exactly what I got - focused, detailed instruction and feedback to ensure I was doing each exercise correctly. Greg was positive, challenging and kept it fun! Would recommend to anyone looking for strong foundational training guidance.
