(September 1, 2020, 3:01 pm)No follow up even after leaving messages with a mortgage advisor. When we called customer service they told us our request was already approved and that we would have to wait to hear back from our advisor at our branch.
Add on: We changed our advisor at this branch and received much better service and follow up. -

(August 22, 2018, 11:23 am)Very Friendly and helpful team at this location the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the ATMs don't have the options that the TD ATMs have. other then that, the customer service rocks and there's always parking nearby in spite of this summers construction! Keep up the good work !
