  The Waterloo Metal Roofing experience was awesome. We got four different quotes, and it was apparent that not all metal roofing is the same. David was outstanding at articulating the differences in products in the market and the benefits associated with each. The installation team was awesome - they went above and beyond. Seeing my wife carrying in groceries they offered to help. While waiting for the rest of their team one morning and seeing me shoveling the driveway, they grabbed shovels and helped. Everything they did was the right way... they spent time thinking about how things would look and didn't cut corners. Don't expect their quote to be the least expensive (personally, I always worry about the least expensive quote), but based on my experience I couldn't imagine a better customer experience. We've had neighbours comment that this is the nicest metal roof they've ever seen. We'd highly recommend!

  Excellent and professional. This team
  came in for an emergency roofing situation. After another company had failed to properly complete my clients metal roof, I called Waterloo Metal Roofing and they were here within hours. Very professional, polite, proactive and thorough, these guys fixed and completed the 5000+ ft metal roof within days.
  I will be calling them to install all my metal roofs and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a metal roof installed with precision and high quality workmanship.

  A good friend of mine recommended Waterloo Metal Roofing to me when I was in need of a company to replace our asphalt singles. From the day I called to arrange the original quote to the final day of clean-up, the experience with Waterloo Metal Roofing was nothing short of outstanding. These guys know roofs and will do a quality job!

  Great job and easy to work with. Met with five metal roofing companies and felt good about Dave's company. Dave's business is relatively new, but he was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and came prepared with a couple of options. He was very matter of fact about all the roofing options and their pros/cons and I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell. His price fell in the middle of the pack and he was also very good about responding to emails and questions. I visited one of the homes that they installed a metal roof and the owner was thrilled with the results.
  Frank installed our metal roof and he is a super friendly and easy going guy. At the end of each day, they left things on the roof (understandably) however, a few times I worried about wind blowing things off, but, I never saw anything fall off. They were very good about cleaning up around the house at ground level each day. At the end of the job, Frank went around and cleaned up all the little details on the roof (eg, metal scraps in the eaves trough) and even re-caulked the eaves and downspouts.
  Overall excellent experience, and I would highly recommend.
