(June 24, 2021, 12:45 am)My wife and I had our house roof replaced by Garcia. Overall, we were very pleased and impressed with their work and professionalism on site and on the phone. Jamie, our sales rep, who we were in contact with in the process of getting the job started and throughout the job was very knowledgeable and talked through every aspect of the job with us. He was extremely patient and very available for answering questions leading up to and throughout the completion of work! He was awesome! The crew that came to do the work, including the owner Santo, were all very nice and approachable. Did a great job cleaning up around the house when finished. We did have something that needed attention after the job was done but they were on top of it and came back immediately to make it right. This did not affect the overall quality of the job. Would definitely recommend them to any one that needs quality work done!

Jamie was very eager to help, great professional, very patient, and very knowledgeable. From a customer standpoint, he took his time to explain the various components of the roof and its significance. As well providing the benefits of having warranty, as a home owner and the added benefits to new buyers. He made me feel comfortable and confident they would do a quality job. I was nervous about hiring a roofing company as the other two companies I got quotes from made me very feel very distrustful. Jaimie was able to regain my trust with his knowledgeable information and genuine concern for doing a proper job.The employees doing the job were all very respectful and completed a great job. They were on time and insured the job was done safely. They even saved me some money!!
