The maintenance manager (Joe) is not well behaved I would never want that guy in my apartment again. He kept opening unrelated doors to check the cleanliness of the apartment. Not mention this man stepped on my bed with his shoe!!!
However, the other maintenance guy is like the complete opposite I hope he get a promotion or smth.
Otherwise the place is good.

Great front desk service and maintenance, love the cafeteria!
A little cold during winter but manageable

Small but functional apartments that are very close to campus. If only the fire alarms wouldn't go off every time someone cooked...

Lived here for nearly five years. Great option for grad students looking to live close to campus. The building is very well managed.

Impeccable. Lived here for 2 years and had no problems whatsoever. Clean, spacious and maintained extremely well, with many useful services included. The new office staff are usually clueless about everything and unable to answer any questions though.
