(July 5, 2017, 6:47 pm)Really friendly staff member totally saved my butt on short notice when UHaul screwed up my reservations and left me with no storage. But fortunately, I found a couple of lockers and stored my contents to Schooner.
Units are new and clean, and there are lots of different sizes available.
Checking in was no problem.
I accidentally moved my credit card during payment, thinking I'd cancelled payment but it actually went through, and so paid a second time causing a double payment. A day or 2 later, Schooner noticed the error on their own and called to let me know they'd refunded the extra payment.
All around great experience so far.
