(October 26, 2020, 9:11 pm)We used Wilke Movers Waterloo Branch to move some inherited furniture from Ontario to the Chicago area during Covid. We had hoped to rent a truck and drive it back ourselves but the Covid restrictions made it difficult. These movers were great in every way. They communicated well, they were on time, they were careful with the furniture, and the price was competitive. We moved a lot of antique heirloom furniture and a piano. They were expert at every stage of the way. Highly recommend! The 2 people we talked to in the office, Janet and Alex, were responsive, helpful, and patient. Our truck driver, Leroy, was the best. Thank you, Wilke Moving, for making a stressful situation much easier!

They arrived on time and we're respectful of the homes and items, putting down mats on the floors and stairs and carefully wrapping all of the furniture. The three movers we're friendly and polite and took care in their work. Also impressed by their resourcefulness dealing with large item removal when faced with tricky staircases. No surprise fees and done within the timeline they quoted. Overall we were happy with the service, would use them again and would recommend to friends/family.
