We approached him looking for someone with a strategy in mind, that would take the reigns and guide us through the process. We are needy clients and were very satisfied with the level of communication and direction that we received. Rainer is a self-proclaimed Real Estate nerd and lives up to that description! He took the time to chat extensively about strategy, including sending us a 13 page document comparing listings in our area and analyzing where we fell within the bunch. Now if that sounds overwhelming, he has you covered there too- he sent along a 6 minute long video of him walking us through the report, what it meant, and therefore the strategy he recommended. Let me tell you… LISTEN TO HIM!! We had so many walkthroughs over 4 days that buyers were tripping over each other to get in. Ultimately, we got multiple offers and Rainer advocated for us- we got an offer we couldn't have even dreamed of. We could not have done this without the best in the business. Rainer took the time to walk us through the entire process of purchasing a home, as this was our first time. We have had realitors before, but none performed like this guy. His extensive knowledge of the market, area and hands on approach was a real confidence booster when it came to making the final decision. I cannot stress how much effort Rainer puts into his clients. Even after successfully purchasing a home, his follow up with us, just blew my mind. He showed a genuine concern to ensure that we were happy. To sum it up Rainer made this entire experience actually fun and exciting.
