(April 14, 2021, 1:45 pm)Excellent experience. First contacted John Leonard about a 2018 4runner. John was honest, flexible, and proactively provided a video walk around of the truck. That was a great experience despite missing the sale. John followed up with me several weeks later when a newer 2019 arrived. Again he accommodated me with the same approach. I live 1 hour away in the GTA but John was willing to meet me more than 30 minutes after closing to show me and discuss the vehicle. His dedication and commitment to his work, his service and his family is rare in this business. I felt the same from the rest of the Forbes team when visiting to finally purchase the vehicle. Great team, great price. Bravo.

Since it was my first car, he explained all the options available as per my requirement. I was so overwhelmed while buying the car but Tom made sure that I was completely satisfied before I made my purchase. Thanks to him my overall experience was amazing! The whole team at Forbes Toyota is so helpful. I am so happy with my purchase and I will be definitely returning to them in the future.

After doing our research and test driving 3 different brands of similar vehicles, we made the decision to buy a Toyota. Since all brands were very competitive in options, size, and price, the sales experience became one of the deciding factors for us. Our salesperson was Pedro, who took time to listen to what we needed in a vehicle and what options were important to us. We never felt pressured to make an on-the-spot decision. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership during the sale was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully the positive experience we've had so far will continue for years to come.

He ensured I got exactly what I wanted in terms of price and specifications. Nick & Mike sorted my financing with a good rate. Product Advisor Mihajlo was extremely knowledgeable about the product line, provided amazing customer service, and ensured that all my questions were answered. Nikolas in finance was extremely knowledgeable and made the often stressful car buying experience so much easier. Ensuring complete customer satisfaction seems to be a priority for this dealership. I highly recommend them!!!
