  I had an amazing experience with Waterloo Honda when I purchased my new Accord just over a month ago. Nadia was the salesperson who helped and honestly, she did a really good job. I am very happy with my experience there. Also, when I picked up my car, Evan did a great job in showing me the car. I experienced a warm welcome and definitely recommend this dealership.

  My girlfriend and I recently purchased a brand new CR-V from Waterloo Honda and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Dave and Jared! They gladly answered all of our many questions, they were patient - never pushy in the least and we thoroughly enjoyed their sense of humours while they still maintained professionalism. They also guided us to Sarah at Allstate and we were happy we made the call. Dave and Jared were excellent; they made this entire experience a very positive and memorable one and we’d be silly to shop anywhere else for another vehicle! Well definitely be back! Thanks again guys!

  I’ve been going here since 1991. Have purchased multiple Honda vehicles from here and always got a great deal along with a nice new car experience. Have serviced all of my cars here continuously over all these years because the staff are friendly and honest. The quality of work and the care that’s taken not to damage your car has always been appreciated. It’s so hard to find a good dealership that you can trust nowadays, but Waterloo Honda is one of those and I highly recommend them for both sales and service.
