The owners are on the floor -- and the even trying out the chairs themselves!! Shout out to Judy there as well; knowledgeable and good salesperson!

(January 21, 2017, 9:03 pm)When we started our new couch journey at the back end of 2016 we tried to stay away from the big box stores and wanted to support Canadian business. We had been to so many places in the KW area. We chose Comfort Plus because we actually found a couch that both me and my boyfriend liked and they had the customization that we were looking for.
We were not pressured in any way to make the purchase but still had all our questioned answered. The lady that helped us was soo excited to see us when we came back to make the purchase after going home and deliberating. I loved that she remebered us. I have added pictures of our couch to Google as well. The price was right where we wanted it and it was made from a family owned company out of Toronto.
It took a bit to have the couch made (1.5 months or so), but it was well worth the wait. We just had our new couch delivered today and it's perfect. We can't be happier. The owner himself delivered it and they were great. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. If we are ever in the market for furniture we will definitely be going back here.
