  Discovered this wonderful little mattress company in Waterloo where the staff is not only extremely helpful without hovering, but knowledgeable about the products they sell and what is best suited to the user. I extend special thanks to Sandy who helped me select a ZedBed pillow to suit my small frame and needs. After spending hundreds of dollars over the last few years in pillows (including Tempur pedic), it was amazing to finally get an amazing night's sleep with my ZedBed pillow. I am now a satisfied repeat customer. It was worth the drive from Markham.

  I have had 2 glorious nights of sleep. What a dreamy, wonderful decision I made to buy myself another Waterloo Mattress!! So happy to start 2019, with a good sleep.

  **just wanted to add that I had purchased a Waterloo Mattress in 2008, recommended by very good friends. My daughter has inherited that set, and I could no longer suffer through with sub-standard sleep. Kathie was excellent at matching up my former set to a new set for me, and I couldn't be happier. Great service start to finish, 11 years later. Bravo Waterloo Mattress!!

  We have bought 5 mattresses over the years. Great price, great service. They explain the differences in the materials, construction etc. Very happy with their product. We will be back.

  Bought a mattress here about a month ago. It was a pleasure breaking with the knowledgeable, no-pressure sales person. There were some delivery delays but they were taken care of honestly, professionally and without issue.

  Waterloo Mattress was an absolute delight to deal with and is the only store we'll buy our mattresses from! I've slept on a Waterloo Mattress for most of my life (literally the same one until I moved out!) and can attest to the quality and longevity of their products (meanwhile, my friends buying store brands are going through mattresses every few years it seems!).
  
  The prices are honest and not marked up to rip us off; our king set was around $1500 or so, easily 1/4 as much as the "big name" brands you hear advertising on the radio and TV. Their comfort and quality is truly unmatched.
  
  The staff at the store were also a delight to deal with and helped ensure we were making the right choice.
  
  Although we didn't have this done, mattress customization is another perk of buying locally right from the manufacturer. Another family member had customization on their mattress to meet their height needs and also found it to be extremely affordable (not much more than list price if I recall correctly).
  
  Can't recommend this place enough! Most people fall victim to the radio advertising from the big mattress players and don't realize an even better and more affordable option is right in our own backyard!
