  As first-time home-buyers, my husband and I started our house hunt with equal parts nerves and cautious optimism. Paula was the agent that responded to our first showing request and as soon as we left the showing, we were disappointed that the property was not going to work for us, but so relieved because we found a real estate agent we could trust. Since day one, Paula has been attentive to our needs and goals, informative in a way that helped us build a better understanding of the processes and trends of the local market, and honest. That may be one of Paula's greatest skills as an agent - her honesty.
  
  She is so well-versed in her field and extremely professional in all aspects of her job, but I would recommend Paula because she's honest with clients. Not once did she try to sell us on a property - she approached every showing in a logical way, pointing out features that seemed to align (or not) with what we said we wanted in a home. Paula helped us find a home within our budget in a reasonable amount of time - all while making us feel important, informed, and taken care of.

  Paula helped us in buying our first house. Buying a first house is not easy especially that we had a lot of criteria with limited budget. Paula was very patient, always quick in arranging visits, and provided good advice and useful information on the houses as well as on offers and procedures. We highly recommend her.

  Paula was lovely to work with. She was very informative, detail oriented, and wasn't money-driven. She gave recommendations based on my situation, instead of pushing me to put an offer in just to make a quick commission. Paula also gave me some suggestions, which ultimately led me to purchase a property in this busy market, without going through the stress of being stuck in multiple-offers scenarios.
