The other tenants are really friendly and the staff are amazing. They keep the place very clean, and are always welcoming. I love the customer service that the staff show daily towards other tenants and myself.
I love the fact that I can point out a problem and before I know it; it's taken care of, you guys rock!
I would definitely recommend living here.
(March 28, 2020, 12:36 pm)I was at 11 Overlea drive for 3 years. I loved it. Excellent care for the building inside and out, very central between downtown, uptown waterloo and many other places. Friendly tenants. Awesome place I called home.
(January 31, 2020, 10:58 pm)I live in this apartment building at the moment and it has one of the best management I have had in a long time. They always keep the buildings very clean and in the best shape they possibly can. If they get a complaint, they deal with it immediately.
