  Great service! We walked in with the intention of just having a look for the appliances we needed for our new build and an hour later we walked out buying our refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Susan was amazing! Thank you.

  Overall an okay experience, large showroom, a wide range of brands and price points to choose from, and overall friendly staff.
  
  We received a quick delivery, and George their delivery guy was awesome and one of the best delivery experiences I've had. Very polite, huge attention to details and instructions, extremely courteous, treated my house and floors as if it was his own while delivering our large refrigerator. This guy should be in sales as he had more spark in him than our sales guy did!
  
  Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is for two reasons: 1) Their "sales price" was more than I could find it for at at other locations close by, and it took a bit of pushing to get them to at least price match it, but hey wouldn't discount any further even though it was the open box showroom floor model, but I did get free delivery thrown in at least ... I was going to walk away and buy the same model elsewhere, but my wife just wanted it over and done as it was getting late in the day and we had other commitments.
  
  2) The Sales person we had, while a nice guy just seemed to be somewhat lacking any real spark or life to him during the whole process (having an off day?), as it seemed he didn't know much about the particular top end model, deflected any discussion or willingness to offer Pros and Cons between other model selling features, and just seemed more interested in just bagging a sale (commission sales) if we were buying today or not. As well, just seemed rather disorganized processing the sale itself ... I know Sales is a hard gig at times, and I have nothing personal against the fellow, but that day I might as well just ordered it myself online instead ... there wasn't any value add he offered to the entire transaction other than price matching.
  
  Would I buy from Goemans again? ... Yes if the conditions warranted it, this assuming that in the coming next few years their aftersales service is good and the extended warranty holds up, as well as their price is competitive or better.
  
  Would Goemans be my first stop or choice? ... I would have to honestly say No at the moment, based on this experience versus other major appliance purchases elsewhere ... but they are still ahead of TA Appliances, that is for sure.

  We just purchased a new washer dryer combo, and are very happy with the entire experience. Our Salesperson Derek was very helpful and professional. He kept us informed at every step of the process. The delivery team was also excellent. They were on time, efficient, and polite. An overall great experience.
