(January 4, 2019, 10:10 pm)We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Structube Kitchener location. Our daughter bought a house in Kitchener this past fall and her realtor highly recommended checking out this store for affordably priced, unique, quality merchandise.
The vibe in this store is inviting and friendly. We received courteous, knowledgeable service from sales rep, Carlos, who took us around the store and answered our questions. As we were leaving the store, Manager Charlie offered us a complimentary measuring tape. My husband mentioned that he taught Construction Technology and he asked about purchasing a quantity of tape measures to replenish his classroom inventory. To our complete surprise, Charlie took out a class set of measuring tapes and offered them to my husband with his store’s well wishes. He would not take payment for them.
This kind of thoughtful, personable service is rare in today’s shopping environment. We appreciate this random act of kindness and will honour Charlie’s suggestion to “pay it forward”.
We will be highly recommending the Structube Kitchener location to family and friends. Thank you Structube !

We picked up our amazingly beautiful Eiffel chairs in Black, but sadly somewhere along the way home we lost one bag of hardware. I called the store and the man I spoke to was very nice and told me he keeps extras and I could pick it up whenever worked for me. Great customer service!

(October 20, 2018, 6:02 pm)This is a nice and clean store. I appreciate that you are greeted when you get into the store but you are not shadowed throughout your visit by an employee. The furniture prices are good. I cannot comment on the quality as I did not purchase anything. Their wait times are however long but you can negotiate on how to get it delivered. Otherwise great furniture store
