Treated myself to the Birch Luxe spa package for my birthday this past weekend. Neda was recommended from a friend and I am so glad she was. Amazing service right from when I booked the appointment to when I was walking out the door. Relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, great conversation, all around fantastic experience. This was my first time getting a facial and boy have I been missing out. I will definitely be going back. 5 stars

I see Neda regularly for everything from sugaring treatments to facials. She is extremely warm and welcoming, it honestly feels like I'm chatting with a close friend versus getting a treatment most times. Any treatment is truly a one on one experience with top quality in mind. The products she uses and recommends have literally transformed my sensitive, red prone skin. The spa itself is an immaculate space that's welcoming, comfortable, and eye-pleasing thanks to all of the special decorative touches...it always smells amazing too! I highly recommend one of the signature facials with a face massage, you will literally melt. I wouldn't trust anyone else, but Neda with the health of my skin.

I saw Neda today for an express facial, and so enjoyed my time there. Nothing about the facial felt 'express'. Neda made me feel so relaxed and she did an amazing job at my facial. It was so relaxing and such a wonderful mid day pick me up. She addressed some skin concerns I had and made some great suggestions. I left feeling pampered, relaxed, and taken care of. She has such a warm personality and it's so evident she loves what she does. I can't wait to come back for more services!

Just what I needed today. Relaxation. (I've been waiting for this day for a very long time and it was all that I dreamt it would be!) As usual, Neda, you were so kind, accomodating, helpful, and gave me the most relaxing facial and massage. My skin feels amazingly soft and well hydrated. (And seriously, the best facial massage ever.) I can't wait to come back to your beautiful, cozy, spa. Congrats again on your success!!

I didn’t know my brows could even look as good as Neda makes them look. She demonstrates a passion and knowledge for pampering each client as an individual. Recognizing face shape and structure (in regards to brow shaping), and skincare needs/goals for treatments and product recommendations.
In addition to Neda’s knowledge and skill, she is also a kind and compassionate human being.
This spa is the whole package. Highly recommend!
