I used to be terrified of needles and blood work. Since starting IVF, I have had to get over my phobia and this location has helped me tremendously. The gentleman that works here is an absolute angel. The first time I needed blood drawn he allowed me to cry, talked me through it, and was extremely gentle and comforting - not to mention very friendly with an amazing sense of humour! I've seen him twice now and will never go anywhere else.
The actual location as well as the other individuals who work there are wonderful. The lab is always clean, on time, and organized. Everyone that works there is so knowledgeable and helpful - I could not recommend this location enough!

This lab is one of the less busy Lifelabs, yet for some reason they let the blood samples sit around for so long before analysing them that they become unusable for the potassium test and I have to get blood work done again. This has happened numerous times (again last week).

The people working here are the reason I drive across the city to get my labs done here. Best staff! They are so friendly, always have a smile and will do whatever you need to make you comfortable.

I had made an appointment (totally the best way to go) but ended up making it another location. I arrived at my normal one and they were so gracious and laughed with me! They took me in to do my bloodwork within 5 minutes. All the staff were so nice!

Been to this location a few times and service ia usually quick but had a good and bad experience. First time I went must have had someone new because she couldn't find my gain and poked around a bunch and took a while and I hate needles and didn't like the experience.

The second time I got someone good and it was quick and painless, so depends who you get.

I do recommend getting there at least 10-15 minutes early to beat the rush in the morning.
