Wonderful, polite and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend this physiotherapist clinic to people of all ages. WSIB is accepted here and massage therapy is also available. I went here for 2 months for a back injury and I am now pain free. Their lifting and strengthening techniques are simple and effective to get you back on your feet!

I have been going for 8 months and have noticed a great improvement. Tom is a great physiotherapist. Other staff very friendly.

Simpy put, they are fantastic.

First off, never put off doing physio! I am finally walking (largely) pain free for the first time in a year and a half.

Everyone is not only friendly, but very considerate. When doing the consultation, they take into consideration your life, what you like to do and work with that. I learned how to take my pretty physically demanding job and not change what I had to do, but how to do things to get done what I needed to but also help myself do it in a better way. My hobby is golf and they even helped me to improve my golf swing!

Everyone gets along and the banter back and forth always makes me feel so welcome. I've come to really enjoy my appointments just to see everyone and catch up on stories and lives.

If you are looking for a physio therapy clinic, look no further. This is what you are searching for. Dont make the mistake I made and pick the wrong place. It took me a bit of time to figure out, that i did exactly that. This is a very friendly and happy environment that creates a personal plan for your wellness and recovery. The staff is friendly and welcoming each and every time you visit. You are not left sitting in the waiting room wondering when its your turn. They have plans in place so that upon arrival, you can walk right in and start on your predesigned exercise routine. Thank you CBI. I am glad to have found You.

Very friendly staff, always greeted with a smile upon arrival. Almost always right on time with appointments of not ready for you 5 minutes early. Staff is very knowledgeable, talented, professional, always listens to concerns and does their best to answer questions honestly. 10/10 would recommend
