Monika was great. Very open to what needed to be worked on/issues. Provides feedback and ideas on ways to help at home as well.
I have been seeing Monika for massage for years and she is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend her. As an RMT myself I am very picky about who I see! She is great for deep tissue and helping with injuries as well as strictly relaxation massage and everything in between!
Monika has helped me through many physical issues. She always attends to my aches and pains professionaly and with a caring and personal touch. I often ask her for recommendations for stretches and exercises to help strengthen and support my body and she happily offers suggestions. She exceeds my expectations for relaxation, and therapeutic massage.
Monika has been my RMT for over a decade, and is wonderful. Having suffered from multiple whiplash as well as the strain of contact sports over the years, massage is important in keeping me moving. Monika is an excellent RMT and I look forward to being her patient for years to come.
