(August 9, 2016, 11:21 pm)I came to Dr. Millar depressed, tired, slept alot, over medicated, very unhappy and dealing with anxiety too. It was in a low time in my life ..dealing with the seperation of my parents, a hard break up myself, I couldn't keep a job and then a car accident.
By talking to her and having her care and listen to me is what I needed. As well as her giving me the best advice and suggestions. She also helped alot with the pain through all the body work she did. She helped me build up my self esteem and self confidence to open my own business. She got me down from 15 medications..Yes 15...down to 4 and I feel so much better. She doesn't judge anyone and if she can help you she will. I highly recommend Dr. Millar and the staff at Health Momentum.
Thank you Dr. Millar for helping me to her change my life and for teaching me how to be strong, which I know has helped me handle the things I have been through lately.
