(April 11, 2018, 6:34 pm)The doctors at this office take the time out of their day to ensure you are getting proper care, however, the lady's that work for those doctor's, Susan discluded, are rude and treat the patients like they are bothering them and disrupting their day. Specifically the lady that sits at the front desk. I have been going to this office all the years of my life and I have never come across such despicable behaviour. The feeling you now get when coming into this office leaves you feeling uncomfortable and awkward.

(January 21, 2018, 3:15 pm)The clinic is nice and clean with a friendly staff. Very convenient that the pharmacy is on site. While it is difficult to get through to them over the phone, if I need an urgent appointment I leave a message and they have always called me back to set up an appointment for the same day. For the after hours clinic, you call Tele-health and the nurse will triage you, and if it is urgent they will set you up with the doctor on call for the same day.
The office is on the second floor, however if you have small children you can just take the elevator.
