(October 26, 2022, 6:22 pm)I had an appointment with Dr Lee and was apprehensive about it after reading the reviews however, I found that my experience was very pleasant. The staff were hard working and helpful. Dr Lee was running late but did not rush through my appointment to try and make up time. He was thorough and laid out options so we could make a care plan together.
After the appointment I received an email notification outlining the date, time and preparation steps for my next appointment. This is very convenient.
While I was waiting I overheard the receptionist deal with 2 different belligerent patients on the phone. She handled the situation with grace while holding her ground and upholding office policies. After the phone calls the other receptionists were supportive of their colleague. It seems as though patients have forgotten there is a human on the other end of the line.
The poor reviews below are a result of patients having unrealistic expectations of a specialist office in comparison to a family medicine practice.
