(July 26, 2020, 12:10 pm)Dealt with Kim there. She lost my quote on two separate occasions and then said it was different because I kept calling the call centre , she was lying. The price changed from 260 to 170 back to 210. The day I bought my house I called her twice to set up my insurance and she did not do it until a week after when i had to call again and ask what's going on. And my rates went up alot. Really unhappy with the service I have received. Can only blame covid and the system so many times!
