He was attentive and ensured my safety whilst loading my car up on the tow truck from the side of the highway. He continued with open communication during the ordeal and was fluid in making sure I was comfortable and if I had a plan in place.
I enjoyed the discussion and the compassionate demeanour. Thank you for a great service! All the best.
