I did not feel left in the dark at any time throughout my search for mortgage. She was extremely patient and highly responsive. Her level of service was out of this world. She was very knowledgable and so prompt about answering emails and all of the million questions we had no matter how much clarification I needed. There was a lot of back and forth as this was not our first property and obtaining financing again was a more complex process for us.
She must’ve had an email from me every day or a few a day actually as the time approached with questions!
She was always there to respond and take action with the banks ASAP when needed.
She is our forever mortgage broker for our homes.
