(April 12, 2021, 2:37 pm)Over the years, I have joined numerous gyms/clubs but nothing took. So when I decided I needed a fitness program, I opted for a specific type (kickboxing). Diamond Martial Arts has programs based on my age and my abilities. I have been very impressed by Tim's adaptability and knowledgeability. Tim is also encouraging, committed, always smiling and always ready to make useful suggestions and modifications as needed. He is relentless and always has your best interest in mind. Not to mention, the great community of people who attend the classes with you. They are in it with you all the way! I would recommend this type of program to anyone looking for a personalized and flexible fitness regime.

Space is clean and organized and overall a welcoming atmospher!

(September 23, 2020, 4:57 pm)As a person that does not like exercise at the best of times, it is very difficult to stay motivated. I have found that Tim is very good at motivating me to keep going or finish a set when all I really want to do is stop. He allows people to go at their own pace but encourages you to continually push yourself to get better. I am very happy with my experience there over the last several months and will continue to better myself with Tims help.

(February 21, 2017, 5:25 pm)I am in my early 60s and I have been taking Women's Fitness Classes at Diamond Martial Arts for almost 5 months. Kelly Allan is patient and encouraging, and her classes are never boring! If you are female and are interested in strength-training, I recommend this class.
I also recommend the Kenpo Karate classes, as they, along with the instructors, have been a positive influence on my grand-daughters' lives.
