(October 13, 2020, 3:20 pm)I was very nervous to go because of covid. What a great relief it was to see how clean it was and incredibly careful everyone was.
-Taking temperature before you
enter
-Have to make appointments
-More than 6 ft distances enforced
-Continual visible cleaning by staff
-Everyone wearing masks
-Those who had to remove were
very far away from others
-Definately safer than grocery
stores
-Pool with only few people each in
own lane or area
-Changeroom being cleaned
constantly. Staff told me they also
use machine to sanitize.
I felt safe the entire time. Am looking forward to going again. They are all working very hard. -

(September 17, 2020, 4:49 am)The facility is cleaned often but they took away the rowers, which are part of my warm up routine. They have lots of bikes and treadmills not being used, but no room for one rower... bummer

Found a solution to my dilemma. Tanya invited me to return back. Glad with the decision I made thanks to Tanya F's help and recommendations. Tanya F displayed exceptional customer service skills and professionalism. Explained all my options clearly. Most pleasant experience talking to Tanya F over the phone.
