(October 1, 2020, 1:38 pm)Incredible staff, all are very knowledgeable and passionate, every staff member is ready at a moments notice to answer questions. In our current circumstances they have been taking great precautions to prevent outbreaks of the corona-virus in their store, hand sanitizer is available throughout, masks are mandatory, and a limit of customers/members of a family allowed in the store. I felt safe and well taken care of.

(September 25, 2020, 10:46 pm)All the staff were super friendly and going above and beyond to make sure I was looked after, and very knowledgeable. The staff had no problem answering any of my questions. All the animals looked very healthy and they had an incredible selection. I highly recommend them, I'd go as far to say they are the best reptile store I've been to in the GTA.

(August 20, 2020, 8:55 pm)I go here mostly for the plants; great selection of succulents, terrarium and tropical plants. But, they have a good selection of everything from reptiles to decor to aquarium accessories and necessities. Always see something cool and new there.
The new fish room looks fantastic as well! -

(January 9, 2020, 3:20 am)I love this place. I'd been meaning to make a trip up for ages and when I finally did I was incredibly impressed. ALL the stock is so healthy! Flora and fauna both. The store is huge with a vast selection and every staff member was smiling, cheerful and KNOWLEDGEABLE.
So rare in the retail pet industry and so nice to see.
