Lots of fun and realistic obstacles for parkour and awesome graffiti art! A must try for all ages and skill levels!

It's also ideal for people who are new to movement training for learning & building skills from the ground up. You can come for classes or just drop in and train anytime they're open.

(August 22, 2020, 2:44 pm)Challenging—and welcoming—parkour gym. Well worth the trip to Scarborough. Alex, one of the main teachers, at this gym is wonderful. He is highly skilled to inspire parkour athletes but also very patient with amateurs like me.
