(May 18, 2021, 12:16 am)Capoeira is a great fitness alternative if one likes to try something new and fun. It is an amazing place to learn capoeira for both kids and adults. The instructor is very skilled and with great patience. Everyone is at their own pace, no pressures, you learn new moves, have fun and get a good sweat.

(May 4, 2021, 4:42 pm)The classes are always challenging but fit perfectly with the attendees of the day. The instructor adjusts accordingly to all levels. I truly appreciate the consideration being a novice. I myself am returning after a decade of no training in Capoeira. The instructor is friendly and very knowledgeable. The facility is open, clean and welcoming. Lots of parking so no worries about that. Super happy and thrilled they have a Toronto East location!

You’ll quickly become a part of the community while learning other aspects of this amazing martial art; the music, history, and the language. Highly recommend this school to anyone looking to integrate a form of exercise into their lifestyle.

Would definitely recommend this school for anyone who would like to learn capoeira and become active. Also a great environment for kids to pick up a discipline and develop/maintain functional movements...
