Difficult to get a hold of anyone to discuss a delivery problem. In the end we got what we paid for but it took more than 5 weeks.
Tecdata were absolutely great to work with ... I purchased an initial machine from them and I am in the process of purchasing more. They are so easy to communicate with and truly understand my requirements without over selling.
