The printing staff there was very nice and friendly and helped me whenever she could. Went out of her way to solve a problem she didn't have any control over. I hope that the other employees have this standard.
Raina & Jenna at the Copy Centre are a huge help to me personally and to our church when we do our weekly bulletin and sometimes other special bulletins through the week for funerals and weddings as they arise. I can always count on them to deal with our requests professionally and quickly.
Used the printing and copy centre this week. Hats off to Alison and Raina who went above and beyond my expectations. These two lovely people are professional, detail-oriented, and cheerful product knowledge experts, who really seem to care about their customers.
I visited the printing and business section and got really good service. The store was closing in less than 10 minutes and employees was very helpful to still assist me. Thank you Staples
I was there today at 2:55pm with my 8 month old daughter in hand thinking I would be in and out in a flash. To my surprise I had to wait 20+ minutes just to hand over a 9 pound bag of shredding and pay for it. There were 5 people in the copy center, including me, waiting for this poor sales associate, Jenna, to assist us. She was clearly doing the best she could by catering to all of our impatient questions and inquiries. I felt horrible for her. It looked like she barely had a moment to breathe. I asked her if it was always busy like this and she politely said this isn't even bad. A customer behind me said to me, "I've seen worse here". What does that say about how much a store values its employees when customers are noticing that an associate is over worked? There were other sales associates nonchalantly walking past us. Why weren't they assisting? It doesn't look good when customers notice that associates aren't even assisting one another, not to mention that customers are left waiting long periods and will probably go elsewhere next time.
