Stretch With Rex ( Fascial Stretch Therapy)

Rex is straightforward, informative, and friendly. My first session with him led to practically immediate results and has also left me with tips and knowledge for me to apply and be mindful of during my daily routine. Rex is Amazing! he took the time to listen to my aches and to examine my movement patterns, then he did his thing and it felt great! I told him to just pull the leg out of the socket but he didn't want to :(! after the stretch I felt so much better and he sent me home with a pdf of stretches I should continue doing on my own, those stretches were the cherry on top of the cake! I have had no pain since I saw him!

Rex is the best thing that happened to my husband and daughter. My husband was having back pain from working in the construction field for many years now.
