(November 17, 2019, 1:09 pm)An amazing place to get a great workout, may it be boot camp workouts, Zumba classes, even power yoga (and yes... there is relaxing yoga as well). Whatever your fitness needs and wants, I am sure the staff at Fuzion Fitness and Yoga Studio will do their best to accommodate your needs. I know that when I am there, I get exactly what I need at the skill level that is best for me. So if you are interested, speak to Joanne or any of the staff at Fuzion and get started into your best physical you.

The small group training is amazing as you get the attention and help you would typically get with a personal trainer.Start to see changes in not only your apperance but your strength and body as well.Yoga classes are amazing and so are the pilates classes.It really feels like a great big family and comunity as you get to know one another, making the classes even more enjoyable. 10/10 remarkable!!

(December 1, 2017, 8:26 pm)FuZion Fitness and Yoga Studio has filled a spot that our little nook in Agincourt has been craving! I have had the honour and pleasure of practicing yoga under Andrea's guidance for over 5 years now and she is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and above all passionate about her students and what she does. I have also had the pleasure of taking a few of Joanne's classes and they are intensely motivating! It's a small boutique studio that really cares about its members....we are a micro community that looks out for one another!
