Outstanding service. Amazing doctors & Staff.

Had my first experience today with Dr Barnwell. She is EXCELLENT!!! She deserves all 5 stars. If I WERE TO GRADE THE FRONT LINE STAFF SEPARATELY I'd give 3STAR. SO MUCH ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. An OVERAL EXPERIENCE FROM FRONT LINE STAFF TO Dr I'd give 4star .

Great place, great doctors. I would recommend any and all to visit the clinic.

I’ve been to this place twice and and I find the doctors I’ve seen were both professionals and thorough. My last visit, the doctor noticed I was not breathing well. I was not there for my breathing problems but she offered to check me on that too. You don’t get this service in a regular walk-in. The receptionists were ok, but they could use better coordination when it comes to who goes next. One receptionist told me I’m going to be next then the other receptionist sent someone else who came in way after me. In fact, 2 people that came in after me were sent in ahead of me because they apparently had an appointment. This would have been fine, but coordinate so you will give consistent information for patient who are already not feeling well and can get impatient. In fact, the last time my husband went there, he was sent to the room then they sent a mother and her baby in the same room! Being a nice guy, my husband got out of the room. When he went and asked the receptionist what happened, she told him, you’re next with no apologies made.

The head doctor has an amazing vision for this clinic and I really like him. I just hope it stays clean or it will be just like the clinic across the road. Yikes!

I brought my father-in-law to this clinic a few times, both the doctor and receptionist who is there on saturdays is very polite n sweet, both ladies were very nice. if u had a bad experience before I recommend u go for saturday hours as the receptionist that day is very nice and understanding
