My visit was simple but sometimes staff are not willing to go the extra mile to ensure patients are 100% satisfied with their visit/ service to an establishment. After paying $15 CAD for a doctor's letter I requested a duplicate for my personal records I was turned down. "This should be done by default". To navigate through the reception & waiting area was almost invisible due to defective lights "please have this replaced or repaired immediately" what if there's an emergency and where is your backup lighting. People visit this place for all sorts of trauma and medical related issues.
