Ok let me first say this review is well overdue. I have been going to Captian K9 for years, because I was desperate for someone who would care for my dog as there own. This is Kevin in a nutshell! ( the owner). I used to take my dog to petsmart for boarding and doggy day care and spent thousands of dollars on this, only for them to eventually tell me my dog was not a good fit for there boarding program. I was hurt and angry this is my child!!! When I took my dog to Kevin he socialized him with his own dog in a matter of 5 mins!. Kevin explained that my dog has high energy and needs more then what petsmart was offering. Kevin reassureed me that my dog was perfectly fine and since then Kevin has taken the time to explain training techiques and has worked with me to correct certain behaviours my dog had. Kevin also explained the importance of raw food, my dog was on kibbles for two years. I eventually switched him and it was the best decision I ever made!. My dog lost weight, his coat is shinny and he is overall more happy and relaxed. I am so glad I have Kevin to go to for support he is welcoming and shows compassion to your animal. Do not hesitate to go to Catain K9 for training, or raw food he honestly provides the best service! THANK YOU CAPTIAN K9!

Very nice place for food and training. Took my dog for trainin and my dog is very well behave now, and he enjoys Captain K9 food so much.

Let me start of by saying that I’m usually not the type to write a review unless it was superior or utterly horrible. This place definitely deserves a 5 star !! I highly recommend your friends and family to bring your dog here if you want them to get properly trained. He was able to help us fix the main issue with our 10 month old German Shepherd. She was always pulling on her leash and ran away a few times when her leash got loose. As for all pet lovers and owners, I understand it can be very devastating to lose a pet because the leash got loose and they end up getting hit by a car. Therefore, it’s extremely important to know the proper ways to handle your pet especially when you are outdoor. We just finished our 6th training classes and now we are finally able to walk our dog at ease without worrying she will run off. Actually we did 15 classes at another dog training place ( Gemini K9 ) but after the training she would still run off and we are not confident to let her walk without a leash at anytime. However after the training with our trainer Kevin, we are now able to walk her without a leash and she will actually come back to us when we call her name instead of running away. Whatever your issue with your dog is, I’m 100% confident Kevin will be able to fix them for you. Don’t waste your time and money going to someone who is not professional. You rather spend it in a good place where the trainer really wants to help you and your dog. Thank you so much CaptainK9

Professional doggy trainer, and also provide high quality dog raw food and snacks with a fair price.
My doggy like their raw meat, which is very good for dog health and fur.
However, don’t buy raw meat from Canada Raw, my akita pooped with blood after using those garbage.

The owner Kevin did a great job training my dog for 4 sessions, he was professional and experienced. Took my Pomeranian there for a 4-session training, I’m very happy with the outcome. Staffs there provided great service and help as well, really like the service and everything
