(June 19, 2022, 4:11 pm)I ordered large bacon and chicken pizza and was the worst I have had from Pizza Nova. Not only was it poorly put together but half the slices didn’t have cheese and barely any toppings. What did I pay for??

(January 15, 2021, 1:34 am)Food and service was good at the store. But my order was placed wrong by one of the agents. I don’t eat meat so I wanted to get a new pizza. Danisha is rude and not helpful at all. She was taking to someone else while dealing with my issue. I told her I won’t ever order from pizza nova and she said ok have a good day. As per the call centre, you guys need more helpful agents. Next time I order and she picks up I will not answer the phone.

(January 13, 2021, 8:08 am)Pizza Nova is the best. Best toppings and best pizza. I love pizza nova stores in Brampton and Toronto. I would have to say there is a customer service named Danisha who is very rude and not polite. I had an issue with my order she didn’t seem to care and she was laughing at me which I don’t understand but she transferred me to the team lead who is very nice and took care of my issue. Thank you so much love pizza nova. Get rid of Danisha to improve pizza nova standards. Everyone else at the call Center gives me the best experience. Thanks
