(September 14, 2020, 2:17 am)Always enjoy dining at the Dufferin Mall Swiss Chalet. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous at all times. Nelson Bulhao is a top notch server and is what keeps us coming back. He always makes great suggestions to any updates or new items on the menu! My family and I have been regulars for years and are happy to be back even during the pandemic. Glad Swiss Chalet is open for dine in again and that Nelson is there! Thanks for the great service with a smile : )

(August 31, 2020, 2:58 am)Food was delicious. Service was fantastic. My server, Nelson I believe was his name, was fantastic. Probably one of the best I’ve experienced. He was polite and a great sense of humour. All in all, my visit was enjoyable.

(September 20, 2017, 12:41 am)I've been to this location since it opened and what an improvement. The food is great and reasonably priced! The service is great and the restaurant is clean especially the washrooms. The staff and management are so friendly. I definitely will be back!
