(February 2, 2020, 3:41 pm)It's an A&W. In a mall. The staff must have to deal with a billion people on a retail high of entitlement everyday. But they get it done. Food is as decent as any A&W and the service is great considering what they must deal with everyday. Show some respect, jerks.
