  The tea quality is good. There is a decent amount of tapioca and I can taste the black tea. It can be a bit slow in the warmer months when more people are ordering. They also support ritual.co, so that's a good option for ordering ahead.

  Good bubble tea, friendly staff. Wish they had more variety of flavours and toppings.

  We have enjoyed the strawberry lychee ice drink multiple times. The drink are good but even with less sugar it is still extremely sweet. We would have given it 4 stars but the wait times for tea is quite long even with short lines. I understand that there is a process and that the owner is cutting back on expenses by having less employees but I would be concerned about going here when the place is actually busy.
  
  We do however enjoy the drink.

  Their bubble tea is really good, especially the mango one. It really tastes fresh, but I doubt it is ???? Regardless it was one of the best I tasted. I wish the place was bigger to accommodate more people to be able to sit. But then again it is beside the waterfront so I am guessing most people sit there. Great location ????
